About Al Morehart

Al was born and raised in Battle Creek. He has been surrounded by real estate from a young age, as his Father was a Commercial Real Estate Agent. Since 1994, Al has consistently provided a wealth of knowledge and experience selling commercial properties, condos, multi-unit buildings, single family homes, as well as marketing new developments in the Calhoun County and surrounding area. Al represents everyone from seasoned investors to first time home buyers. Al’s approach is a genuine commitment to providing a high level of service for each buyer and seller and supporting them through every step of the process, in an ever changing and dynamic market. Buying real estate should be a special experience. From an investor buying that hot deal to a buyer purchasing their first home to raise their family. In his spare time, Al enjoys spending time with family, golfing, cooking, theater and traveling.
